At grandmama.care, we are committed to ensuring that families and caregivers have a safe, reliable, and transparent experience. We aim to provide high-quality care services and digital tools. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested.
1. Service Fees

Service fees paid by families (e.g., subscriptions for CareSync, CareVision, or CareWallet) are generally non-refundable once the service period has begun.

If you cancel within 7 days of purchase and the service has not been used, you are entitled to a full refund.

Partial refunds may be considered if technical issues or service errors (beyond the customer’s control) prevented proper use of the platform.
2. Caregiver Salaries

Payments made to caregivers through the platform are not refundable, as these reflect wages for services already rendered.

If a family believes services were not delivered as agreed, they should contact grandmama.care support within 48 hours of the incident. We will review the matter and may provide a credit or alternative resolution at our discretion.
3. Subscription Plans

Monthly or annual subscription fees are non-refundable after the renewal date.

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time; cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
4. Special Cases
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

Duplicate charges due to technical error.

Unauthorized payments reported within 7 days of the transaction.

Service unavailability for more than 72 consecutive hours due to system downtime caused by grandmama.care.
